1. First-Time Clean
For your initial window clean, there is a one-time charge to account for the extra time and effort needed. This fee depends on the size of your home and how often you'll be using our service going forward. You'll see the exact cost during the signup process, and we'll also explain it when we get in touch to confirm your booking. Once off cleans will also be more expensive than our regular window cleaning service due to the time and effort needed to clean windows the first time.
2. What to Expect
We use a pure water cleaning system that’s excellent for removing everyday dirt and grime from windows. However, it won’t remove things like builders’ residue (paint, plaster, concrete), stickers, adhesives, chemical stains, rust marks, or UV-related fading on frames. If your windows have any of these, please let us know when we arrange your first clean so we can discuss options.
3. Cleaning Frequency
You can choose between a 6-weekly or 12-weekly window cleaning schedule. We aim to stick closely to your chosen frequency, but please allow a one-week flexibility window due to weather or scheduling changes.
4. Weather Policy
We try to avoid cleaning in heavy rain, but we do continue working in light rain or showers. Rest assured, the cleaning quality will be just as good. If you're not happy with the results, simply let us know and we’ll return for a free re-clean.
5. Cancelling Before 48 Hrs & Missed Appointments
We plan our routes and make time specifically for your clean. If we’re turned away at the door or access isn’t available, and you haven’t notified us within 48 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the price. We may also cancel future scheduled visits if this happens more than once. Please give us enough notice if something comes up.
6. Cancelling Our Regular Service
You’re free to cancel your regular window cleaning service at any time. Just contact us by phone or email. However, by signing up to our regular window cleaning round, you agree to a minimum of three cleans. If you cancel before your third clean, the remaining cleans will still be charged.
7. Complaints & Re-Cleans
We take pride in our work and always aim to deliver top results. If you’re unhappy with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll come back and re-clean for free. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a return visit. Please note, we do not offer refunds — instead, we’ll fix any issues at no extra cost if we’re informed within the timeframe.
8. Privacy
Your information is securely stored and never shared with third parties, in full compliance with the Data Protection Act.
9. Payment Terms
For customers on our 6 or 12-weekly window cleaning plans, payments are collected automatically through Stripe, a direct debit system you can set up during signup. The payment will be taken within 5 days after each clean. For first time customers, a 20 euro deposit is required if you want to be booked in to use our service.
