Location: Raheen, Limerick (Near the University Hospital)
Property Type: 4-Bed Detached with Rear Sunroom Extension

The Challenge
We were called out to a property in Raheen where the homeowner noticed water "cascading" over the front door during heavy rain. Upon inspection, it wasn't just a few leaves; it was a full-blown "gutter forest." Due to the high rainfall and a nearby line of trees, the gutters had filled with silt, which eventually became fertile soil for moss and grass to take root.

The biggest hurdle? A large glass sunroom at the back. A traditional cleaner with a ladder wouldn't have been able to reach the rear gutters without risking damage to the glass roof or leaving huge gaps uncleaned.

The Cleaning Process
The Survey: We used our high-reach inspection camera to show the homeowner exactly where the "dams" had formed in the corners and swan-necks.

The High-Power Clear: Using our industrial GutterVac system, we stayed 100% on the ground. We used the carbon-fiber poles to reach over the sunroom extension, vacuuming out kilograms of wet moss and silt directly into our tank.

The Downpipe Flush: Once the "soil" was removed, we moved to the vertical downpipes. We found a stubborn blockage of twigs at the very top of the pipe. We cleared this manually and then flushed the system with water to ensure the "swan-neck" was totally free-flowing.

The Flow Test: We finished by running water through the system to prove to the homeowner that the cascading water issue was resolved.

The gutters were restored to their original capacity in under an hour, with zero mess left on the customer's driveway or their sunroom glass. No ladders were leaned against the house, and the property is now fully prepared for the next Limerick downpour.
