YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS

Questions About Our Window Cleaning Services

Yes, we clean both the frames and the glass of your windows. Our standard service includes cleaning the window panes as well as wiping down the frames to remove dirt, dust, and debris, ensuring a spotless finish for your entire window

Our pure water cleaning system uses deionized, purified water that removes impurities, minerals, and contaminants. This water is highly effective at cleaning windows without the need for harsh chemicals. The purified water is applied to the windows and frames and left to dry naturally, leaving behind a streak-free, spotless finish. The lack of minerals in the water prevents streaking or water spots on your glass, making it the most effective and eco-friendly cleaning method available.

Yes, we can clean windows when it's raining lightly. We will always try to not clean your windows in heavy rain, however we do still work in rain. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same and if you have any problems you can call us and we will come back at no additional charge.

Yes, we only offer exterior cleaning services at this time.

Yes, we also do once off cleans if that is all you require but we do charge more for this service as more time is needed to clean windows once off than a regular 6 or 12 week window clean.

HOW PURE WATER WORKS

The Science of a Smarter Shine: Pure Water Cleaning

Clean windows — Crystal Clear Window in County Limerick

At The Cleaning Experts, we’ve moved beyond the old bucket-and-squeegee. We use a high-tech Pure Water (Water-Fed Pole) system to give your windows a deeper, longer-lasting clean.

How it Works: We use a multi-stage filtration process to strip standard tap water of all minerals and impurities. This "pure" water acts like a natural magnet, aggressively attracting and lifting dirt, algae, and grime without the need for harsh chemicals.

Why it’s Better for Your Home:

Cleaner for Longer: Unlike traditional soaps that leave a sticky residue (which actually attracts dust), pure water leaves a sterile surface. Your windows stay sparkling for weeks longer.
Total Unit Care: We don't just clean the glass. Our specialized brushes deep-clean the frames and sills, ensuring the entire window unit looks like new.
Safety & Privacy: Our carbon-fiber poles reach up to 3 stories and over tricky conservatories while we stay safely on the ground—no heavy ladders leaning against your masonry.
The Spotless Finish: We leave the windows wet after a final pure-water rinse. Because the water is 100% mineral-free, it evaporates to a perfectly clear, "invisible" finish with zero streaks or spots.
