Our subscription window cleaning service is simple and hassle-free. You sign up through our booking form and you choose the cleaning frequency that works best for you—whether it’s every 6 or 12 weeks—and we’ll handle the rest. We automatically schedule your cleanings, and you’ll receive a reminder text the day before your appointment so you can give us access to your property. Payments are processed automatically after each service.
The first clean will be the most expensive clean as we will need to get things done right, then it's just maintaining your windows and it will be a discounted price after that.
Payments are easy and secure. Once you sign up, we’ll set you up with automatic payments through GoCardless or Stripe. After each cleaning, the payment is processed, so you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay manually.
Due to scheduling, not knowing how long each job will take, driving from job to job, we can not give you an exact time of arrival on the day. This is why we ask for the side gate to be left unlocked so we can work away if you won't be home. If you have a terraced home or you need to be at the property when we are there, then we can give you an estimated time range on the day but giving exact times is not something we can do.
Yes, if you contact us within 48 hours of us cleaning your property and you're not happy with the service, then we will come back within 7 days and clean it again for FREE, no questions asked!
We provide window cleaning services across Limerick and surrounding areas. We cover the main city area like Castletroy, Annacotty, Corbally, Raheen, Dooradoyle, Caherconlish, Murroe and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to get in touch, and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Yes, our standard service includes cleaning the glass, frames, and sills. We make sure your entire window area is spotless after each visit.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning, just contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit, and we’ll adjust your appointment. You can also pause your subscription temporarily if needed. Cancellations made on the day of service may incur a fee.
If the Client wishes to cancel a regular cleaning agreement, they must provide at least 7 days' notice via email before the next scheduled visit.
If the Client cancels on the day of service or turns away the team at the door, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cover staff wages.
If the Client books with us for a once off clean and doesn't give us at least 48 hours notice before cancelling then a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Absolutely! You can change your cleaning frequency at any time. If you initially opted for a 12-week cleaning but feel you need more frequent service, you can switch to a 6-week plan. Just let us know, and we’ll update your subscription
We operate year-round and can clean your windows in most weather conditions, including light rain. However, if the weather is extreme or unsafe (such as heavy rain, strong winds, or storms), we will reschedule your cleaning and notify you of the new date.
No, you do not need to be home for the exterior window cleaning. As long as we have access to your windows, such as through a side gate or other entry points, we can complete the job while you're away. We’ll send you a notification once the cleaning is finished.
Yes, there is a minimum commitment of three cleans for our regular window cleaning service. After that, you can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time.
No, once your price is locked in, that's it. We will never increase your price unless you pause or cancel your subscription with us.
