GoCardless is an online Direct Debit provider with a secure set-up process that allows the customer to pay both easily and safely. We ask all our customers to sign up to achieve a streamlined payment process after we have completed your jobs.  

You will only be charged when we have completed the work on your property and you are happy with everything. We have to manually mark the job complete on our system and then the money will be charged on your GoCardless account.

Yes, with GoCardless you will always be told when a payment is about to be taken and for how much; you'll be able to stop the payment; and you are legally protected if any payment is taken in error.

GoCardless allows you to pay online meaning you don't have to worry about meeting us or paying us cash. We can work away, clean your windows or gutters, let you know the work has been complete and once you're happy with the work, we can then take payment online. Customers can just set up their payment once, and then forget about it.
